Ulysses Jones Jr. (June 7, 1951 – November 9, 2010) was an American politician representing the 98th district in the Tennessee House of Representatives. He served as chair of the House State and Local Government Committee and co-chaired the Joint Lottery Oversight Committee. A graduate of North Side High School, he attended the University of Memphis and Tennessee State University, working previously as a battalion chief for Memphis Fire Services. He was present during Elvis Presley's death and faced allegations related to bribery, which he denied.
