Umar Sani is a Nigerian political figure, born on January 25, 1963. He serves as the Senior Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to Vice President Namadi Sambo. Sani has been an aide to Sambo since 2007, following Sambo's victory in the Kaduna gubernatorial elections. Additionally, he was a spokesman for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) campaign council in 2019 and has been a long-serving member of the PDP.
