Unto Koskela was a Finnish poet and prose writer associated with the Tulenkantajat literary group. He is best known for his poem 'Kuubalainen serenaadi', which was set to music by organist Juhani Pohjanmies. Koskela wrote this poem as a schoolboy, and it was later published in his debut collection released in 1930. His contributions to literature are remembered despite his early death in 1934.
