Ursula Violet Graham Bower (May 15, 1914 - November 12, 1988) was a pioneering anthropologist in the Naga Hills from 1937 to 1946 and a guerrilla fighter against the Japanese in Burma from 1942 to 1945. She was awarded the MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for her contributions. Known later as Ursula Violet Graham Betts, she made significant contributions to the field of anthropology during a challenging historical period.
