V. K. C. Mammed Koya is an Indian politician affiliated with the Communist Party of India (Marxist). He served as the Member of the Legislative Assembly for the Beypore constituency in the Kozhikode district of Kerala and was the mayor of Kozhikode corporation. He held the MLA position again from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, he founded VKC Group, a footwear company, and is recognized as the second richest MLA in Kerala with declared assets exceeding ₹ 30 crore.
