Ville (V. S.) Luoma-aho, born on February 1, 1984, in Jyväskylä, is a Finnish poet, writer, and translator. His debut poetry collection, 'Ruumiita,' was published in 2009. Luoma-aho's work 'Kronologi' won the Vuoden aforismikirja award in 2013 and was nominated for the Einari Vuorela poetry award in 2014. His 2016 book 'Mantra' was nominated for the Tanssiva karhu award in 2017. He studied in the Master's program in writing at the University of Jyväskylä and is the editor-in-chief of the literary online magazine Noesis.
