V. Sugnana Kumari Deo was an influential Indian politician from Odisha, born around 1936/1937. She entered politics and was first elected to the state assembly in 1963, serving multiple terms and winning a total of 10 elections throughout her career. A member of the royal family of Khallikote, she was the daughter-in-law of Raja Ramchandra Mardaja Deo and also served as the Pro-tem speaker of the 15th Odisha assembly. She passed away on 10 February 2024, at the age of 87.
