Walancina Svyatskaya, born on May 29, 1958, in the Shchortandy district, is a Belarusian politician. She served as the Secretary of the Political Council of the Belarusian Agrarian Party from 1995 to 1997. In December 1996, she became the head of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Belarus during its 13th term. Svyatskaya opposed a 1996 referendum that significantly expanded presidential powers and did not recognize its results.
