Valentina Vitalyevna Ogiyenko (born May 26, 1965, in Krasnodar) is a former Soviet-Russian volleyball player and coach. She competed in three Olympic Games, winning a gold medal in 1988 and a silver medal in 1992. Ogiyenko was crowned world champion in 1990 and a four-time European champion. She also won national championships with VK Uralotschka-NTMK. After her playing career, she became a coach and led the team to numerous international titles. In 2019, she was inducted into the Volleyball Hall of Fame and has been serving as the general director of VK Uralotschka-NTMK since 2009.
