Borovskaya won a gold medal at the 2011 Deaf European Championships in Kayseri, Turkey, setting a championship and European and world junior record with a jump of 171 cm. She also earned silver in 2012 at the Deaf European Indoor Championships and bronze at the Deaf World Championships, marking significant achievements for Finland in this sport.
