Valeriy Pavlovich Bezruchenko (1940 — 2011) was a Soviet and Russian clarinetist, known for his role as a soloist with the Leningrad Philharmonic Orchestra. He served as a professor at the Saint Petersburg State Conservatory and was honored as a Distinguished Artist of the RSFSR in 1972 and a Distinguished Figure of Arts of the RSFSR in 1983. Bezruchenko was also a laureate of national and international competitions. In 2004, he was awarded the Order of Honor by the President of Russia for his extensive contributions to culture and the arts.
