Valeriy Osipyan is an Armenian law enforcement official born on April 17, 1970, in Ashgabat, Turkmen SSR, USSR. He served as the chief advisor to the Prime Minister of Armenia in 2019 and held the position of Chief of Police of Armenia. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Head of the Yerevan City Police Department from 2012 to 2018. He holds the rank of Major General in the police force.
