Since the 2000s, he has focused on literary work, publishing several books on naval history. His notable works include 'Our Aircraft Carriers' (2003) and 'Lords of the Oceans' (2017). He is affiliated with the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine and the Writers' Union of Russia.
