Varja Kališnik, born Varja Prinčič on May 31, 1959, in Ljubljana, is a Slovenian writer, spiritual teacher, and publicist. She leads workshops and writes about spirituality. Kališnik participated in a roundtable discussion on contemporary sexuality at the City Hall. Growing up in Koper, her father worked at the Port of Koper. She completed her high school education but did not finish her law studies. She is married and a mother of two children.
