Vasilije Kačavenda is a bishop and former minister in the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who served as the Bishop of Zvornik-Tuzla until his dismissal in 2013 due to a flood of accusations of sexual misconduct with a minor and allegations of abuse. Since 1992, he has lived in Bijeljina, where his residence is at the Vasilije Ostroški Monastery, located in the city center.
