Vassilios Vassileiou Digalakis, born in 1963 in Chania, is a Greek politician affiliated with the Nea Dimokratia party and a professor at the Technical University of Crete. He has served as the Chairman of the Permanent Committee on Educational Matters of the Parliament and was the Deputy Minister for Education and Religions overseeing higher education from July 2019 to January 2021 in the Mitsotakis cabinet. Since 1995, he has been a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the same university, and was elected as a deputy for Chania in the July 2019 national elections.
