Vasja Vipotnik, known as Skova, is a Slovenian rapper and hip-hop artist born on January 23, 1992, in Ljubljana. He participated in Slovenia's first acapella rap battle in 2016, winning against his opponent. That year, he released his debut rap compilation, 'Okus metropole', featuring various Slovenian artists including Eva Beus of the band Tabu. In 2020, Skova created the song 'Rap Michelangelo', which was voted the winning piece of the week on Val 202 radio. He later formed a seven-member hip-hop band called Skovani, blending jazz, rock, and funk elements.
