Acknowledged for introducing plot twists and intricate narratives, he dominated the literary scene from the mid-80s to the early 2000s. His works achieved massive commercial success, with Vardi Wala Gunda selling 1.5 million copies on its release day. Besides novels, he wrote for Bollywood and created comic characters, also founding Tulsi Comics.
