Notably, in 2017, he received the Sanskrit Sahitya Alankara Award from the Haryana Sanskrit Academy, and in the same year, he was honored with the Sahitya Ratna Award from the Punjabi Language Department. In 2019, he was awarded the President's Award for his contributions to Sanskrit literature.
