Veikko Toivo Nurmikko (December 17, 1918 – September 16, 2003) was a Finnish biochemist. He served as a professor of biochemistry at the University of Turku from 1959 to 1981, where he researched bacterial metabolism. Additionally, he held a position as a visiting professor at the University of California, Berkeley from 1964 to 1966.
