Veljko Jeremic is a Serbian chess player, born on November 9, 1985. He achieved the title of grandmaster in 2004, making him the youngest grandmaster in Serbia's history. An associate professor at the University of Belgrade, he completed his Ph.D. in 2012. Jeremic won a bronze medal in the 2001 European Youth Team Championship and also participated in national team events, including a victory in the 2005 Team Championship of Serbia and Montenegro. He served as a coach for the Serbian women's team at the 2008 Chess Olympiad.
