Venla Maaria Lampén, born on March 17, 1974, in Asikkala, is a Finnish middle-distance runner. Throughout her career, she represented Asikkalan Raikas and was coached by Matti Saarelma. At Kalevan kisat, she achieved three silvers and one bronze in the 800 meters, and two silvers and one bronze in the 1500 meters. Additionally, she won one gold, three silvers, and two bronzes in 800 meters, and one gold, three silvers, and two bronzes in 1500 meters at the indoor championships. Lampén has not competed in official races since 2004.
