Verner Emile Nicolet is a Danish flautist and conductor, born on March 9, 1934. He has been part of the Royal Danish Orchestra for nearly fifty years, serving as a flautist, chairman, and later as a guide at the Royal Theater. Since 1968, he has been a member of the Danish Wind Quintet. Post-retirement, Nicolet has engaged in various musical activities, including conducting, teaching, and serving as chairman of Maribo Music Association. He also co-authored a book on the Royal Orchestra's history and was made a Knight of the Order of Dannebrog in 1996.
