Veselin Cherkezov is a Bulgarian politician from the DSB party. He served as a Member of Parliament for the United Democratic Forces in the 39th National Assembly of Bulgaria. His political career includes roles as the mayor of Dospat from November 12, 1995, to October 23, 1999, and as the district governor of Smolyan from January 14, 1999, to June 20, 2001. Additionally, he was the chairman of the Management Board of 'Golden Sands' AD from August 2008 to January 2022.
