Victor H. Fusia was an American football player and coach born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, in 1913. He graduated from Manhattan College in 1938 and served in the Navy during World War II. Fusia was the head coach at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1961 to 1970, achieving a record of 59–32–2 and winning five Yankee Conference championships. After resigning as head coach, he worked in sports promotion at the university until 1982. Fusia passed away from a heart attack in 1991.
