Brigadier General Victor Navarro Corpus (born October 4, 1944) is a retired Filipino military and public official. He is known for his desertion from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) in 1970 to join the New People's Army of the Communist Party of the Philippines during Ferdinand Marcos's authoritarian regime, followed by his return to the AFP after the People Power Revolution of 1986. He graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1967 and was promoted to Brigadier General in April 2003, retiring in October 2004.
