Viktor Stefan Farkas (May 30, 1945 - November 1, 2011) was an Austrian journalist and author known for his works on fringe science topics, including pre-astronautics and controversial anomalies. He supported conspiracy theories and posited the existence of paranormal phenomena such as UFOs and the Mothman. Farkas was affiliated with several organizations, including Mensa Austria and the Austrian Journalists Club. He authored the first German science fiction quiz book in 1984. Some of his works have also been published in Czech.
