Viktor Vasilyevich Kuznetsov (December 31, 1912 – November 30, 1986) was a Soviet chemist who served as the vice-rector for educational work at Perm State University from 1972 to 1975 and head of the physical chemistry department from 1975 to 1986. He was one of the leading experts in the USSR on the comprehensive study of corrosion-electrochemical processes and the development of new corrosion protection technologies. He authored several well-known textbooks on physical chemistry used in universities across Russia. Kuznetsov also participated in the Great Patriotic War.
