Vincent Anthony Crisostomo, born in 1961 in Tachikawa, Japan, is an HIV/AIDS activist from Guam. He has served as the Director of Aging Services at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and previously managed the Elizabeth Taylor 50-Plus Network. Diagnosed with HIV in 1988, Crisostomo became the first openly HIV-positive person in the Pacific Islands after publicly declaring his status on World AIDS Day 1992. He has worked extensively in HIV/AIDS education, starting in New York City and later in Guam, advocating for improved services and prevention efforts across the Asia-Pacific region.
