Vincent I. Breen (1911–1986) was a Roman Catholic priest who served in the dioceses of San Francisco and Oakland, California. He was ordained in 1936 and initially worked as a parish priest. Breen earned a PhD in Labor Relations from Catholic University in 1942 and later became the Assistant Superintendent of Catholic Schools in San Francisco. He founded Junípero Serra High School and served as its Principal from 1944 to 1952. His long tenure as Pastor of Holy Ghost Parish in Fremont lasted until 1982. He passed away on December 31, 1986.
