Viorica Dima Ghican (born 9 June 1965) is a former Romanian distance runner known for her achievements in track, road, and cross country events. She won gold in the 10,000 m at the 1989 Summer Universiade, setting a games record. Ghican earned multiple medals in international competitions and ranked high in Romanian athletics, although she never won a national title. A former protégé of coach Ion Bură, she became a coach at CS Pandurii Târgu Jiu after her competitive career.
