Virginia Farrer Cutler (1905-1993) was a prominent American academic known for her leadership in home economics. She served as head of the Home Economics Department at the University of Utah and as dean at Brigham Young University. Cutler contributed significantly to educational initiatives in Southeast Asia under the U.S. Point Four Program and established a home science degree in Ghana. She was also involved with the White House Consumer Committee and advocated for women's higher education. A lecture series at BYU bears her name in honor of her contributions.
