Vivien Searcy is an American country singer born in Milan on April 20, 1975, who has lived in Sweden since 1995. She began singing at a young age with various cover bands and studied music in Stockholm starting in 1995. Searcy has been making country music since 1999 and gained recognition by winning the S.A.M.I. Award in 2001. She later formed the band 'The Ozarks' and debuted with them in October 2002. She won the Schlagerstärna talent competition in 2003 with her self-written song ‘Guitarman’, and her debut album 'Water On Soil' was released in November 2006.
