Vivienne Lola Price MBE (January 9, 1931 – November 6, 2014) was a Welsh composer and the founder of the National Children's Orchestra of Great Britain in 1978. Born in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex and raised in Epsom, she established the Fitznells Music School with her husband Tony Carter in Ewell, Surrey. She managed the school while living above it until its move in 1988. Price was honored with an MBE in 1997 for her contributions to music education.
