Vladimir Brovikov (December 15, 1925 – April 6, 2009) was a prominent Soviet scientist and director of the Taganrog Scientific Research Institute of Communications from 1958 to 1984. Following his directorship, he worked as a scientist at the 'Palma' Scientific Production Association starting in 1986. His contributions in the field of communications were significant during the development of technology in the Soviet Union.
