Vladimir Sarghi Darbinyan (born April 10, 1931 - died March 17, 2015) was an Armenian politician, lawyer, and historian. He served as a representative in the first convocation of the National Assembly of Armenia. Before that, he held the position of Minister of Internal Affairs of Soviet Armenia from December 1968 to September 1974. His contributions were significant in both political and legal spheres in Armenia.
