Vladimir Ivanovich Ginkel (born June 7, 1952, in Karaganda) is a former Soviet boxing coach recognized for training numerous successful boxers. He was honored as an esteemed trainer of the USSR. Ginkel is noted for being the first and only coach of Igor Ruzhnikov, a world and European champion. Currently, he resides in Germany.
