Vladimir Ostrovskiy is a retired Israeli race walker, originally from the USSR, born on December 12, 1966. He represented the Soviet Union in race walking before switching to compete for Israel. Notably, he finished 23rd in the 20 kilometers walk at the 1991 World Championships and 33rd at the 1993 edition. His performance at the 1995 World Championships resulted in him not finishing the race. Ostrovskiy stands 1.74 m tall and weighed approximately 54 kg during his competitive career.
