Vladimir 'Vlado' Šipčić was a commander of the Chetniks in Bosnia during World War II. He was born on January 14, 1924, in Mala Crna Gora near Žabljak, in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. He later served in the Yugoslav Army in the Homeland (JVuO). His life ended on July 29, 1957, in Prijepolje, in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
