Vladimír Záhorský is a Czech politician and physician born on April 10, 1953, in Podbořany. He served as a Czechoslovak member of the Federal Assembly's National Council in 1992. Záhorský was also a councilor for the Ústecký region from 2000 to 2008 and a councilor for the town of Podbořany from 2006 to 2014. He is a former member of the Civic Democratic Party (ODS).
