Vlado Jordan was a Slovenian mechanical engineer, born on January 2, 1913, in Ihan and passed away on September 28, 1986, in Ljubljana. He graduated in 1940 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade and completed his doctorate there in 1965. Jordan participated in the national liberation struggle between 1943 and 1945, helping to develop Slovenian partisan currency. He worked at Litostroj from 1946 to 1977, rising from designer to project manager, and authored a book on hydraulic pipe system regimes, among other research reports.
