Vlasta Šourková, born on January 21, 1936, is a former Czechoslovak basketball player. She played 91 matches for the Czechoslovak national team and was a significant contributor to their achievements in international competitions. Šourková participated in the 1959 World Championship and three European Championships, winning a silver and three bronze medals. She had a successful club career in the Czechoslovak league, winning six national championships and participating in the European Champions Cup, where her team reached the finals twice.
