He serves as the Vice-Rector for Research at the National University of Chernihiv Polytechnic. Kazimir earned his Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in 2006 and became a professor in 2008. In recognition of his contributions to science and technology, he was honored as a Distinguished Scientist and Technician of Ukraine in 2021.
