Vruyr Ghazarian was an Armenian veterinarian born on January 10, 1902, in Arabkir, Harbiye Province, Ottoman Empire. He became a notable figure in veterinary science, earning the title of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences in 1948 and being appointed as a professor the same year. Ghazarian was recognized for his contributions to science in the Armenian SSR, receiving the title of Honored Worker of Science of the Armenian SSR in 1961. He passed away on August 21, 1991, in Yerevan, Armenian SSR, USSR.
