Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Prikhodko, born January 20, 1948, in Kaliningrad, is a Soviet and Russian scientist specializing in transport and transport machine engineering. He served as the rector of the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI) from 2001 to 2016. He is also a professor and holds a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree. In 2003, he became a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, contributing significantly to the field of transportation.
