William August Draves (May 12, 1912 – June 28, 1994) was the founder, worldwide leader, and apostle of the Church of Christ with the Elijah Message. From 1937 to 1993, he reported receiving 87 divine messages believed to be delivered by the resurrected John the Baptist, who appeared to him as an angel. The Church of Christ with the Elijah Message recognizes these revelations as equal to the Bible and the Book of Nephi as sacred scripture.
