He currently serves as President and CEO of Cornami, Inc., specializing in fabless semiconductor technology and fully homomorphic encryption. His previous roles include 23 years as President and CEO of Mentor Graphics, and 21 years as Executive VP at Texas Instruments. Rhines has received numerous accolades, including the 2012 CEO of the Year by Portland Business Journal and the 2003 Oregon Technology Executive of the Year by the Technology Association of Oregon. He became an IEEE Fellow in 2017.
