Walter A. Gorinski was a professional American football player who played as a member of the National Football League for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Born on December 20, 1919, Gorinski attended Hurst High School and later played college football at Louisiana State University. He made his debut in the NFL in 1946, having a brief career lasting one year with the Steelers. He is also known as the uncle of Bob Gorinski, who played as a designated hitter for the Minnesota Twins in 1977.
