Walter Lima Frota Cavalcante is a Brazilian politician born on February 23, 1956, in Crateús. He served as a city councilor in Fortaleza for six consecutive terms from 1997 to 2015 and was President of the Municipal Chamber of Fortaleza from 2013 to 2014. He was elected state deputy of Ceará in 2014 and re-elected in 2018, receiving 33,094 and 33,160 votes respectively. In the 2020 elections, he ran for vice mayor of Fortaleza, placing fourth with 63,199 votes. He lost his bid for reelection in 2022.
