He studied at the Skånska Målarskolan in Malmö and spent time in Copenhagen, France, and Spain. He held solo exhibitions at Konstsalong Rålambshof in Stockholm in 1949 and at Modern Konst i Hemmiljö in 1961. Collaborating with his wife, he exhibited in Östersund, Malmö Museum, and Galerie Duncan in Paris. His artwork features motifs from eastern Skåne, portraits, and figure compositions using oil or pastel.
